I cannot praise Victoria enough for the great service she provides. As a terrible golfer, regular gym-goer, and someone with a physically demanding job, she has been incredibly helpful for my overall well-being and performance. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and professional atmosphere. She is highly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and tailor each session accordingly.

I have had a problem with my shoulder for a few years now and have been to see the doctor and physio, but found physio wasn't really helping me. My friend suggested sports therapy, I googled sports therapist locally to me and found Inspired Therapy. I have had 3 sessions with Victoria and I can already feel a difference in my shoulder. From not being able to lift my left arm fully, to now having a better range of movement. I have my 4th session booked in this week. Victoria is very professional and she makes your feel comfortable from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The advice and information Victoria has given to me has been really good.
